Bypassventile oder Byp\u00e4sse sind metallisch dichtende Ventile, die spezifisch f\u00fcr die Anforderungen an die moderne Extrusionstechnik entwickelt wurden.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durch den Einsatz von Byp\u00e4ssen wird die Bedienung der Extrusionsanlage stark vereinfacht. Ein Werkzeugwechsel oder auch die Reinigungsarebiten k\u00f6nnen bei laufendem Extruder durchgef\u00fchrt werden und minimieren so die Stillstandszeiten sowie die Gefahr des Anbrennens von Kunststoffpartikeln. Unsere Bypassventile werden als rein-metallisch dichtende Ausf\u00fchrungen bei uns im Haus mit minimalsten Toleranzen gefertigt und erm\u00f6glichen einerseits eine leichte Bedienung und andererseits minimalste Leckageverluste auch nach jahrelangem Betrieb. Je nach Anforderung k\u00f6nnen manuelle oder vollautomatisierte Varianten angeboten werden, die sich auch problemlos in die vorhandene Liniensteuerung integrieren lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
